The magic of Tibet came to England's West Sussex as Tashi Lhunpo monks stoppped at Easebourne church to share the culture of their monastery in exile.
The maroon and saffron clad monks chanted, sang and danced to the haunting sounds of the long horn, the clash of the cymbals and the bells depicting wisdom and compassion. They donned huge masks of deities as though fighting long forgotten dreams... The packed congregation was transported to the far wild mountains of the Tibetan plateau.
How beautiful to have differing cultures lying side by side.
