To honour the auspicious time of Losar (Tibetan New Year), the Tibetan flag was carried, climbing on skis and split-board, to the highest point in the Tignes Alps, the top of La Grande Motte, by Louise Saddler, Tess Burrows and Huw Griffiths.
This is the year of the Firebird, associated with dawn and awakening, valuing discipline, hard work and tenacity
It promises to be an intense exciting ride!
May it be for freedom and peace for all people...
