On a tyre-pulling training weekend, hanging out with my 'sister' TyreLady, we spend a couple of nights in a secret 5-star cave (If I tell you where it is I'll have to shoot you!)
I am reminded of what's important in life... Going to sleep under a sparkling star-studded sky, listening to the crashing and lapping of ocean waves 100 ft below, held by the safe rocky arms of Mother Earth, waking to the warm rays of a beautiful sunrise... It's the magic of Nature's peace - a deep contentment of being.
